What will be your role?

As a Civil Engineer you will assist in the technical and commercial evaluation, design, implementation and construction of high engineering value electromechanical projects through:

• Technical and commercial study of projects at tender stage. Preparation of technical and commercial bids

• Perform structural calculations for steel structures, concrete structures

• Assist in planning, data gathering and technical design of the Project

• Produce AutoCAD schematics, sketches and drawings for engineering design and reports

• Perform quantity survey from technical drawings. Preparation of Bill Of Quantities

• Assist in reviewing project documentation during construction stage, such as material submittals, method of statements, shop drawings,...

• Checking with suppliers and vendors that materials and equipments meet contract specifications and the ordered quantities meet with project estimations and budgets and negotiating costs

Job duties will vary depending on the stage of the project (basic engineering, detailed engineering, procurement or construction).

And… What will make you succeed with us?

• Testable experience in civil engineering design.

• Experience reading Architectural, Civil, Mechanical & Electrical drawings.

• Knowledge in structural calculations.

• Fluency in English.

• Proeficent on AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Experience with structural calculation software (Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, SAP2000, CYPECAD or STAADPro).

• Testable field experience in site construction is a plus

• Availability upon request.
