What will your contribution be?
Your mission will be to set the strategic direction of our telecommunications sector business in Spain. You will build bridges with operators, establish relationships with stakeholders, and achieve strategic and tactical positioning. relying on your relational vision and market knowledge to build solutions and successfully execute the projects presented to Nae.
Your exceptional contribution to Nae will involve the following roles and tasks:
Create training and coaching plans for the technical development of the team
Plan the strategic collaboration of team sizing, training and development in order to create synergies, share knowledge and improve on a day-to-day basis
Collaborate in the identification and resolution of challenging Nae incidents, bringing knowledge and innovative solutions to the team
Set Nae’s strategic direction by staying on top of new Telecommunication Industry trends.
Develop and publish internally and externally (posts/articles on LinkedIn) technical and quality content in networks and forum in order to position Nae as a benchmark in the sector. You will have support for this with out communications area.
Actively collaborate with the Recruiting area to support the incorporation of TOP talent that will take Nae to the next level!
And… What will make you succeed with us?
+ 10 years of experience in Telecoms, providing consulting services (or CTO positions), in areas of network planning in network operators or Telco equipment vendors.
Agility in generating executive presentations with management teams.
Experience developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
Experience developing network cost models (investments/expenditures) and network strategic planning
Wide understanding in network architectures based on FTTH, XGS-PON, DWDM and the associated business models.
Knowledge of different fixed deployment models (HFC network retrofitting, FTTH mutualization and wholesaling)
An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Goal-oriented managing a team, budget, timings & results).
Motivation and problem-solving skills. We need a motivated person capable of spreading that enthusiasm to the team. A person who solves conflicts in a dynamic work environment with the ability to influence in a close and effective way.
Excellentcommunication and public speaking skills are a must in this position in order to lead the team and other stakeholders towards results. You must be fluent in Spanish and English in order to work with international teams and projects.
Passion for technology and a deep understanding of technology’s impact in telecommunications networks .
You are living in Madrid or Barcelona.
