What will your contribution be?
Your mission will be to set the strategic commercial direction of our telecommunications business sector in Spain. You will build bridges to achieve strategic and tactical positioning, relying on your relational vision and market knowledge to become the top of mind for customer experience and consulting services B2B. You will develop our consulting business to expand the B2B business of the telecommunications company and improve and digitize the relationship with the company of its customers
Your exceptional contribution to Nae will involve the following roles and tasks:
Lead high-difficulty strategic projects, you will be aligned with Growth (business strategy, sales, marketing, product, new business…), CeX and having dialogues with the CEO to ensure our value is aligned with what is expected and maintains excellence in deliveries.
Set the training and development plan in order to create synergies, share knowledge and improve on a day-to-day basis
Identify and set the best commercial strategy leading the sales full cycle.
Understand and identify the best solution for our clients, bringing knowledge and innovative solutions to the team and giving the best approaches to our clients in order to increase sales

Actively collaborate with the team, sharing best practices, trends and knowledge about the market.
You will create relationships of trust with clients and potential clients, being a reference and helping Nae to improve business objectives by increasing sales and Nae’s positioning.
You will contribute to improving the value proposition by providing the vision of the client's challenges and your expertise in customer experience. You will have the Capability support to achieve this at every moment.

+ 10 years of experience in Telecoms consulting, providing B2B services
An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills. In this position you will have to be goal-oriented managing the team, timings & results.
Agility in generating executive presentations with management teams through Canva/PPT, Excel…
Data-driven mindset to advise on effective dashboards to senior management. Create and manage reports and internal KPIs, to follow up, proactively react and help to reach our objectives
Motivation and problem-solving skills. We need a motivated person capable of spreading that enthusiasm to the team. A person who solves conflicts in a dynamic work environment with the ability to influence in a close and effective way.
Excellentcommunication and public speaking skills are a must in this position in order to lead the team and towards results. You must be fluent in Spanish and English
